Dingo dogs are on the endangered species list, we humans should think twice before we dump dogs and cats in the Aussie bush! The domestic dogs that have turned ferral over the years have been breeding with the Dingo that it is now very hard to find the pure breeds - "DNA" testing is about the only way we can find the real guys, which to date have not been many.
Couldn't do this little guy the Thorny Devil justice in describing him/her, you need to either see it with the naked eye or watch an Aussie Documentary - incredible how they can survive in the middle of the desert!
Please don't feed Pelicans as they can be the biggest pain in the necks to us locals in winter. There we were sitting at the picnic table (2 dogs under the table at time) and next up jumps one Pelican right into the middle of our lunch laid on picnic table - thanks summer visitors we said! *grins*
